I'm a single-digit golfer.
For years I told myself the next swing fix was the answer: the new takeaway, the new driver, the new grip.
It wasn't.
My body was the ceiling. Tight hips. A stiff back. A first tee that never felt ready. I'd warm up on holes one through four and wonder why I always played my best on the back nine.
I tried generic gym workouts. They didn't carry over to golf, so I quit them. I tried golf-fitness videos on YouTube and ended up with a tab graveyard instead of a routine.
So I worked with golf-specific coaches and built the thing I actually wanted: short, smart, golf-aware routines that fit a real week. A plan that knows when I'm playing and points everything at that day.
That's FitCaddie. It's the plan I run before my own rounds.
Now it's yours.
